I cannot say enough positive things about this service. Kelly who was my contact was professional and went out of her way to ensure I was happy. Her service was outstanding and the vendor who did who did the work (dentshoppe) was excellent.
Overall a great experience, really glad that I purchased service plan. I was able to get rims repaired and now a windshield glass repair as well. Would recommend.

Radiant Ride was super convenient, and I would recommend their services. My rims were chipped and after getting them fixed they’re like new! They were very flexible with scheduling as well.

Windshield chip repaired. Looks good and perfect.
We had 2 of the seats cleaned and they look brand new. They also took care of our rims at the same time, and you can’t tell there were any scrapes on them. I am so glad that we added Radiant Ride to our deal when we bought our cars.
I had a paint touch up done to my car and the person who helped me out was great at explaining exactly how they were going to fix it.

I wasn’t quite sure how to use Radiant Ride when it came time for me to use it. I reached out on the website and received a text the next day. When it appeared a home repair wouldn’t quite work for my needs, I was immediately put in touch with the repair shop and my car was scheduled for repair. It was such an easy process, and the response was so quick. Couldn’t be any happier.
The Radiant Ride technicians who fixed my chipped windshield did an excellent job. They explained the process and weren’t bothered at the fact that I was overlooking their work. They did an excellent job and I’d recommend them to friends and family. They were also very quick and efficient with their time. I appreciate their attention to detail by wiping down surfaces when they were finished.
