Subscription FAQ

  • ARE CARPET STAINS CAUSED BY MY KIDS, PETS ETC. COVERED?

Yes. Carpet stains caused by kids and adults as a result of spilling popular beverages and coffee and other greasy products are covered. However, animal accidents, like urine stains, are not covered.

  • MY DOG TORE MY LEATHER. IS THAT COVERED?

All depends. If the leather or vinyl becomes damaged as a result of accidental rips, punctures or tears less than one-inch long we can cover these repairs. However, if your dog rips through your leather and vinyl gaining access to foam padding and creating a hole in the seat, this is not covered.

  • WHAT IS A “PAINT TOUCH UP REPAIR”?

Radiant Ride can repair minor scratches and paint chips. Paint Touch Up is a process of hand-applying automotive paint using a small “touch-up” brush or apparatus. Paint Touch Up is a cosmetic fix, not a body shop refinish repair. Touch Up better preserves the OEM finish and when done correctly is barely noticeable from 7 – 10 feet away.

  • IS A SINGLE DENT & DING REPAIR COUNT AS A SERVICE CALL?

No. In the event, your vehicle has several dents & dings, that counts as (1) Dent & Ding Service call. If you have 2 windshield chips, that counts as (1) service call, etc.

  • IS RADIANT RIDE A DETAILING SERVICE?

    Think cosmetic restoration, versus cleaning/detailing.

Radiant Ride services are S.M.A.R.T. Tech repairs. SMART is the industry acronym for Small to Medium Area Repair Technicians. Repairs include fixing dents, dings, paint scratches, scuffs, windshield chips, Alloy wheel/rim curb rash, vinyl/leather tears, and headlight restoration.

Car detailing on the other hand is a cleaning process that involves polishing and protecting every part of a car’s exterior and interior. This includes washing and waxing the exterior, cleaning, and conditioning the interior surfaces, and restoring and protecting components like the wheels, tires, and headlights.

Customers are responsible for Normal Maintenance of the vehicle: Your Vehicle’s finish must be cleaned and checked regularly as recommended by the Vehicle manufacturer. This is considered normal maintenance.

  • ARE ALL REPAIRS DONE BY A MOBILE TECH?

Our Goal at Radiant Ride is to make the best possible repair a convenient experience. Sometimes this means, bringing your vehicle to a shop versus a mobile repair. In many instances, customers enjoy having cosmetic repairs done at their local dealer during routine maintenance.
