Claims Process

In the event you discover damage to an area covered by this warranty you should contact us immediately. If your vehicle is within twenty (20) miles of your dealership you can bring the vehicle into our Service Department for inspection. We will inspect the damaged area prior to authorizing any repair. If your vehicle is more than 20 miles from dealership call our warranty administrator for instructions, to arrange mobile inspection and repair.

All claims are handled by our Warranty Administration Center. To begin a customer service request, please submit your claim using just one of the options below:

Online: Fill out the form below. 

  • Radiant Ride will authorize all valid claims and approve Work Order for repairs. We will then contact you to coordinate repair process.
  • For your convenience we can arrange repairs at your Dealership/Service Department. Many customers enjoy the convenience of having repairs done in conjunction with regularly scheduled maintenance. A Service Advisor will schedule an appointment with you and complete repair(s).
